Masonry Repair

Miscellaneous – mason repair: The old parge coats on the foundation walls were peeling off the stone. We cleaned off all the loose debris and proceeded to patch the parging throughout the basement. Once all the new mortar was dry, we gave all the walls 2 coats of masonry paint to seal out any and all moisture that would come through the foundation walls.
