Cherry Kitchen Remodel

This remodel was completed by restructuring the wall that separated the dining room and living room from the kitchen area with a new header to carry the weight of the above walls without the studding below that created the doorways. This way the main support was just one single post in the center which allowed a completely open room for everything instead of compartmentalizing. The cabinets and flooring are solid cherry, the countertop and island were tiled along with the backsplash. All new casement windows were installed along the back wall to provide as much natural light as possible.
